I got to Lana for my facials and she really takes good care for my skin. She is very knowledgeable and professional, works extremely clean and my face is always glowing and feels amazing after every facial. she gives the BEST upper body and foot massages, which help me relax so much and help to me enjoy my time in her studio. I also have gone to get my eyebrows shaped by Lana. She is very precise and I get so many compliments for my perfect eyebrows. I recommend her services 10000%

What a wonderful oasis in the middle of the city! This place is a gem. The products are excellent and combined with Lana's skill it was a truly delightful experience. Lana is very experienced and a gifted esthetician. She has carefully chosen a superior line of products. I have very sensitive skin and allergies but these products were so clean and soothing that my face looked fantastic! I am looking forward to my next visit.

Let me first of all say Lana is AMAZING!! I was new to the city and naturally went to Bliss spa to get the upscale experience. Needless to say I wasn't satisfied and found Lana by random while she was working under another company. I was searching on yelp and saw amazing reviews for Lana and decided to go. Finding her was the best thing that ever happened to me! She is amazing for waxing and facials. She is so gentle with her waxing technique and makes sure you are comfortable/relaxed throughout the waxing process. Her facials are so amazing and will leave you glowing. I love that Lana opened her own studio because now her studio is very clean! Although her new studio is now a commute from my apartment I still can't imagine going to anyone else!!

Lana at Lumiere Studio is phenomenal. Her workspace is extremely clean, interiors are well thought out despite the lack of space. She did not waste any time when i came, handed me the client history form and asked me what my concerns with my skin were. She made sure she told me what products she was using on my face and the purpose of them at every step in the facial.
Most facial therapists just lather on products on your face and you never know if theyre legit products or some dummy products. Her face, neck and shoulder massage was too good; it put me sleep. At the end of the treatment she gave me a free sample of the Vitamic C concentrated serum that she had used on my face, stating that it would last upto 2 weeks.
The results are still evident on my face! After 1 week of the facial ive been using the Vit C serum by her and my skin looks almost like it did after her facial. The benefits are long lasting.
Not to forget, she is extremely professional and hygenic.
Highly recommend her! She has discounts on Tuesday.

I found this spa randomly after needing a Brazilian wax ASAP 2 weeks ago and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did because I found Lana, she is a very gentle and caring person. If you need waxing this is the place! The wax she uses makes the experience very pain-free. You feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, the spa is extremely clean and organized. Love it here!

I decided to treat my wife with a facial and massage for her birthday. She has gone to Lana for facials and waxing a couple of times before, but this was her first time at Lana's new place. Two hours later my wife came out relaxed, refreshed and visibly rejuvenated. Some of her words were "It was a great experience again", "Lana has always given me wonderful facials and nice upper body and foot massages, but this time it was exceptional." She also said the place was very clean which was a huge compliment as my wife is a freak when it comes to cleanliness. We also felt very comfortable taking our teenage daughter who has acne for her first facial. Lana was extremely gentle and caring and my daughter was very happy with the experience as well. At the end, Lana took the time to teach her how to take care of her skin at home. They both said they are definitely coming back again.

On a train ride into the city for a long 2 day work trip, I decided a facial would be a great way to get some R&R. I surfed the web for something I could get (same day) and stumbled upon Lumiere Esthetic Studio. It was by far one of the BEST facials I have ever received and I highly recommend trying it out, even if it's just once. Lana was so professional, knowledgeable and explained her process every step of the way. I had never met this women in my life, yet I felt so comfortable and at ease. Days after the facial my skin was so smooth and glowing. Overall this was a fantastic experience, from the products used to the service received, I will be back!! Lana took her time and was extremely thorough, she even ended my facial with a nice foot rub. I left there feeling amazing... the way one should after having a facial...many thanks Lana!
